Installing

Literally four steps

Run the installer
Open LeadRally-Setup.exe and click Next. It installs for you alone, so no administrator password is needed.
If Windows asks
Windows may show “Windows protected your PC” for software it does not know yet. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
Open LeadRally
From the Desktop or the Start menu. The first start creates your admin account and starts the trial.
Follow the setup
Connect the AI, enter your website, check what LeadRally drafted about your business, and connect search and email.

Have these ready

Your company website. LeadRally reads it to learn what you sell.
A Google account. LeadRally shows you what to switch on.
An email domain you control, such as yourcompany.com.
Access to your domain’s DNS (where you bought the domain), to add the records your email service needs.

No website or email domain? Contact sales.

Every step is shown inside LeadRally, up to date, as you reach it.

Good to know

Needed for searching, AI and email. LeadRally checks its licence a few times a day and keeps working through short outages.

Kept in your own Windows user folder, backed up daily. Updating or reinstalling LeadRally keeps it.

Each person has their own sign-in. For colleagues on other office computers, we switch on network access with you.

Install a newer version over the old one; your settings and data carry on.

Use Windows “Add or remove programs”. Your data folder is kept unless you delete it.

Enter a licence key under Licence and carry on with everything you set up.
